Botched Spot

Way back before Nitro became a hit under the direction of Eric Bischoff I had this comic published in a little known wrestling ‘zine along with an editorial about how it was going to bomb hard. Whoops! I guess you can’t call everything right. Not sure what I was thinking with Eric’s propellor hat, except maybe to show a sign of immaturity? Of course now the WWE likes to rebrand history as Lugar’s debut being a genius move, but at the time I was understandably skeptical. I mean it was Lugar, for Christ’s sake!
