Who’s Running Smackdown?

At Payback last night we got our fabulously inconclusive answer to “who’s in charge of Raw” when Vince made Shane and Stephanie co-managers. As anyone who watched the show knows, the co-managers of Raw were also co-managing Payback, because they restarted the main event twice. But who’s running Main Event? Who’s running Smackdown? I wouldn’t have even thought of it if it weren’t for all the rumors about a brand split. I personally would be glad if Teddy came back, because it’s been way too long since I’ve heard someone holla about haterade.
