The Founding of Mexamerica

While I’m glad to have Zeb back, I can’t get excited for Del Rio for two reasons:
- He co opted the “Yes!” chant from Bryan during his forced face run.
- He was forced down our throats in 2011 when the WWE Universe clearly wanted CM Punk (who lost the title to Del Rio before being stuck in dead end feuds with Kevin Nash and Triple H).
Are those dumb and slightly stubborn reasons to hate a wrestler with solid ring work? Yes, but… Well maybe the answer’s just “yes”. The Mexamerica gimmick is a little baffling, but unique if nothing else. I’ll try and just be happy that Zeb and Del Rio are still heels.
