Bored Wrestling Fan

For those of you who like listening to wrestling podcasts (don’t we all?), I was recently invited on BoredWrestlingFan.com’s Wrestlemania 28 Roundtable discussion along with the Bored Wrestling Fan regulars, ThinkSoJoE, JT, G, and Drowgoddess, as well as Jonkind from WonderPod Online and Fritz Stephey from World Wrestling Insanity. It was a great discussion with a lot of differing opinions, and definitely worth checking out! One thing that really stood out to me was how organized and well put together the whole thing was despite having so many people. One of my biggest podcast pet peeves is when several people are talking at once and getting way off topic (I even did a comic about it), but this show really stays on task and was great to be a part of.

Website Updated!

After a lot of hard work and dedication (by my wife who takes care of all my technical website stuff) I managed to get most everything updated that I was going for. All the big things anyway, but I’ll probably do some more little things in the following days.

So as I’m sure you all have noticed, the website appearance is a little different now, but the major change is the inclusion of “Over like Olav,” a new section of the website dedicated to just Olav and his friends’ storylines. I first started talking about doing something like this through various comments a while back, so it feels good to finally have it out. It’s update schedule is going to be different though, whereas Botched Spot updates with a single strip every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, “Over like Olav” will update more sporadically with a large block of comics dealing with a contained storyline. At least that’s the plan for now. So anyway, please let me know if anyone has any problems with the site or if anything shows up weird.

Update Announcement!

Alright, so March third will mark the fourth year since I started Botched Spot! Yeah! Of course I can’t really claim that I’ve been doing it for four years straight due to the extended breaks I took to work on school stuff, but it’s still a few years longer than I originally thought I’d be doing it. So to celebrate I’m going to finally update the look and layout of Botched Spot. I want to give a window for myself in case there are any complications, so I’m aiming for everything to switch over at some point on Saturday, but I’ll have it ready by Monday for sure. So if things look a little wonky over the weekend, it’s all for a good cause. It may even result in an appearance by an old school commie wrestler… So be sure to check back on Monday. Thank you all for reading and supporting Botched Spot! I wouldn’t have even made it four months if it wasn’t for having people come here!
