Predicting the Pay Per View before Wrestlemania is really like predicting the Wrestlemania card. It’s not typically the time to have wildcard winners or try out a new guy as champion, but rather to keep things at an even keel for ‘Mania. While it sounds like it would lead to a predictable show, it’s still pretty cool to see the Wrestlemania card unfold as the Pay Per View goes on.

Preshow Match:
Kalisto vs. Del Rio for the US Championship in a 2 out of 3 falls match.

You know you’re in for a doozy of a PPV when this is stuck on the pre-show. Kalisto and Del Rio have had a decent feud so far with some surprising finishes (any time Kalisto wins) so I’m not surprised to see it continuing here. I’m predicting Kalisto to retain the title since the WWE seem to have cooled on The United Nations and doubly so on Del Rio.
Who will win: Kalisto

Big Show, Kane, and Ryback vs. The Wyatt Family
While the “Titans” in this match are a big ol’ bunch of jobbers, I can’t shake the feeling that the Wyatts will cheat to win, leading the Titans to find a fourth member to challenge the entire Wyatt clan, including Bray. Who would that person be? Well, I’m not too sure what the Undertaker’s doing this year…
Who will win: The Wyatt Family

AJ Styles vs. Jericho
This whole feud between AJ and Jericho has been pretty spectacular, giving AJ a lot of credibility and allowing Jericho to tease a heel turn- his best role, in my opinion. The only real options I can see for the finish are either AJ winning clean or Jericho cheating to win, leading to a Wrestlemania match. Of course Miz keeps sticking his head in this feud, so that could lead to something. I can only pick one winner though, so…
Who will win: AJ Styles

Kevin Owens vs. Ziggler for the Intercontinental Title
I’ve honestly given up hope on Ziggler winning titles ever since he revealed that he won’t be re-signing with WWE when his contract is up. If you follow him on twitter you know he clearly has so many interests outside of wrestling that I can’t imagine WWE giving him the ball again. Owens is really great too, so that makes for two reasons that he should win.
Who will win: Kevin Owens

Sasha Banks and Becky Lynch vs. Team Bad
This match will be nothing more than a showcase for Becky Lynch and Sasha Banks to look good for Wrestlemania… and I’m totally okay with that. I just hope that the crowd will be into this match, because if it’s used as three minutes of filler before the main event, Becky and Sasha will look pretty terrible. Honestly, I’m really looking forward to this match so we can see the last remnants of the Diva’s Revolution being wiped away and replaced with the NXT Divas doing what they do best.
Who will win: Bossy Lynch

Brie Bella vs. Charlotte for the Divas Championship
While I’m tempted to give Brie the nod since Bryan just retired and her sister’s out with an injury, I just don’t think WWE would change the belt this close to Wrestlemania. I think Charlotte’s been a great champion so far and will be a great challenge for Becky Lynch and Sasha Banks at ‘Mania.
Who will win: Charlotte

Roman Reigns vs. Dean Ambrose vs. Brock Lesnar to be the number one contender for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship
Is there any doubt that Roman will win? Even so, I still think this match will be awesome and I’m really looking forward to Brock and Ambrose facing off for the first time. The amount of time that Dean’s been receiving on Raw lately makes me think that he and Brock may face off at Wrestlemania. Hopefully Triple H, y’know, the WWE World Heavyweight Champion, can be bothered to make an appearance.
Who will win: Roman Reigns

Even though Fastlane is more like a pitstop on the Road to Wrestlemania, I still think this will be a great show. The only match that looks iffy to me is the Wyatt’s “Titans” match, but I really think that will be a build to something bigger.
