New look-

Finally I have updated the look of my website! I started planning it a while back in sketches, typed the dialogue, gave up for a while, tried deciphering the comicspress editor, gave up for a while longer, started trying again, and now it’s up! The solid black was fun for a while, kind of basic, but it was time for a change. I was going for an old black and white wrestling magazine kind of look, but where the images and text wouldn’t be too distracting from the comics. I hope everyone enjoys it, or at least thinks of it as an improvement!

Updates and a Kendrick Sketch

So I think things are finally back to normal ‘update schedule’ wise! After missed/ delayed updates, Olav’s oversized title history is now done and I am back to comic strip size, which as you can probably imagine, is easier to get done on time. And I’m finally settled after a month of working on thesis/ moving to Kentucky/ job searching, so I’m finally getting to watch wrestling regularly again. I’m making a vow to start watching TNA to be a more well rounded wrestling fan, but considering the last thing I’ve seen of it is the Jenna/ Sharmell Victory Road match… it’ll be an effort.

I’ve also been working on updating the look of this site, so if you come here and the navigational buttons have disappeared and the background is screwed up, that’s why. It’ll pay off though! As soon as I figure out Comicpress… And now I leave you with a sketch of The Brian Kendrick and Ezekiel Jackson.

Updates!

Hello!

I am back from being married (yay!) and going to Heroes Con and back to updating my webcomic. Sorry for the delay in updates, I was hoping to be able to do SOME work over the last two weeks, but things have been more hectic than I realized. It was all good experiences though.

One bad thing that came up however, is that one of my most influential professors at SCAD, Jeremy Mullins, passed away last weekend, actually on the day of my wedding which was more than a little creepy. I don’t feel like I can express my sadness about the matter in words very well, but I do want to say that he was the sole reason I started this webcomic (I actually started it in his webcomics class last year), and he was far and beyond my biggest supporter of the project even after the class ended (you can see his comments on my early strips- he posted as “Sweetwater”). I know he was very involved in all of his classes, and I feel sorry for future SCAD students that missed out on having him as a professor.

So hopefully I will be getting back into my regular update schedule soon. I want to thank everyone for continuing to read though, and lastly say that Santina’s send off on RAW last night was hilarious.
