So less than a week after walking out on Raw, Brock Lesnar shows up at UFC 184 to meet with Dana White? Hm… I don’t know, and I could be wrong, but this seems like a bit of a WORK to me!

Just hear me out: WWE knows that more likely than not, the fans at Wrestlemania 31 will boo Roman out of the building when/if (when) he beats Brock in the main event. They can’t get Roman over as a face no matter who endorses him. So what do they do? They get fans to hate his opponent even more. Brock “walks out” of an advertised appearance on Raw only to show up later in UFC, giving us fans the impression that Brock doesn’t want to be in the WWE. That way our choice in the main event is either to cheer for a guy who’s at every show, or a guy who doesn’t want to be there. It’s like Cena vs. Rock, if Cena wore a cool black leather outfit and didn’t act like a cartoon character all the time (sufferin’ succotash notwithstanding). If fans turn on Brock the same way they did at ‘Mania 20, then Roman could finally get a solid, unanimous babyface reaction.

Maybe it’s a little far fetched, but if you trace it back far enough, and give WWE enough credit for planning a year in advance, you could argue that they had Brock end The Undertaker’s Streak so he could then go on and put over Roman, so I don’t think this is too far out there.
