Last November I started using DDP Yoga and I have to say I like it. A lot! While I first heard about it a while back I didn’t really consider using it until I heard Chris Jericho endorse it. I’ve most always been on the “pencil neck geek” side of the nerd health scale, so I wasn’t really concerned about losing weight as much as just staying healthy. Kind of like not wanting to be out of breath after walking up a flight of stairs healthy.

Probably my favorite thing about it is that I can do it from home without any extra weights or anything. I kind of hate going to gyms, so being able to just find a spare twenty or thirty minutes to work out without having to worry about going anywhere is perfect for me. It’s also low impact (like no running in place or jumping) so I don’t need to worry about bothering downstairs neighbors or knocking stuff off of shelves. I really feel like I get a good workout from it though and I’m more energetic overall.

The best part of it though is DDP himself, and I’m not just saying that because he’s a wrestler (I started watching after he was mostly gone from the scene). He’s just so funny and charming though. Watching him through the same few videos over and over can get a little repetitious when it comes to some of his catchphrases, but hey, it’s DDP. How can you not like him?
