And you thought what made it to TV was bad! Having seen the media frenzy of Benoit way back in 2007, I was not surprised to see a “reporter” trying to spin Warrior’s death into their own agenda. It sucks, but it’s like ants at a picnic. You just have to expect it. I was surprised to see DDP’s reaction to Mrs. Grace’s steroid spin though. After her treatment of Jericho and Mr. Anderson (Kennedy) back during the Benoit witch hunt, you’d think he’d be on guard for an attack.
I was sad (very bewildered, THEN sad) to hear of Warrior’s passing last Tuesday. I’m glad it happened after his Hall of Fame induction though, considering his reputation he’d built/ been given as a self destructing crazy person. Thanks to his recent involvement with the WWE he can finally get the respect he deserves. Well, y’know, from everyone except Nancy Grace.
