Actually, there were several panels that could be used to define “No Holds Barred.” The main villain Zeus screaming for no reason and flying in a rainbow striped helicopter. Rip’s ultra bland brother who looks like he’s falling asleep half the time. And, of course, the “what’s that smell” scene. Really great movie, by the way. I figured it was going to be kind of cheesy by all the trailers for it on Raw and Smackdown, but it exceeded my expectations by far.
And on a personal note, my internet’s been going off and on “every time a squirrel farts in Nashville” as my wife puts it, so updating my comic is going to be kind of spotty until it gets fixed. I’m still dedicated to three updates a week, they just might not be perfectly on time.
Oh, and spoilers for those who haven’t seen “No Holds Barred”- The thing that Hogan smells is dookie. Yes, a henchman craps his pants and says “dookie”. Best worst movie ever.

“The Room” is the best worst movie ever. I would put no holds barred in the top five
thanks for panel 2…now i’m gonna have to check under the bed every night.
1st movie I ever saw in a movie theater back in the day
I think the best part of “No Holds Barred” is when Stan Hansen walks up to the guy taking a piss and mocks his teeny wiener.
Lol
That middle image – you drew hogans eyes so perfectly. I think that might be my new avatar picture!!
10/10
Nah the best part is
ZEUS training by punching cunder blocks
and Brell shouting what Rip thinks If him
through an old CRT
Rip said the worms are to good for you
RRaaarrrrrggggHHHHH
For the record the best part of No Holds Barred is when Zeus meets Rip at the kids wrestling tournament.
How come the movie is not on BluRay?
Some panels I have to draw over and over again and never get them right. But with that second panel I knew it was what I wanted as soon as I sketched it.
And I was also surprised when I wasn’t able to find it on BluRay. Then I was surprised that I actually wanted it on BluRay.
yeah they were lucky to even finally obtain the rights to the movie to put out. I just wish they included the ppv No Holds Barred the Match the Movie and maybe some bonus Zeus matches from WWE. I refuse to buy the dvd for the lack of features
Thinking about it… how come some things are not on BluRay, yet on DVD when there is no need for? For example I was hoping for the X-Men anime to be on Blu, but I got desperated and bought it on DVD, when it could easily be on Blu!
What’s going on in the second panel? I tried to find plot summaries online, but I still have no idea what Hogan’s doing.
