Some constructive criticism here from Jimmy Beans.
This is a comic that illustrates a situation. As in, how fans a reacting to a certain wrestling related thing on the internet. And illustrating it.
The thing is, where’s the twist? What makes this more funny than the dozens of people who were posting this sort of thing on message boards?
It’s kind of like when Penny Arcade makes a strip where they read a news item, and say their opinion on it. If you’re going to illustrate it, might as well make it unique/funny.

Thanks for the honest criticism, Jimmy. With my strips I usually am trying to project my reactions or my character’s reactions (being the jaded veteran, green mark, or wannabe insider smark) to things going on in the world of wrestling. Being a fan of wrestling and comics, it’s a fun hobby for me and I like being able to share it with others.
I try to differentiate it from message boards by using the visual aspect of comics and my characters, and I’m not sure that it always works or that I’m always happy with the results, but it’s what I aim for.
But anyway, thanks for reading and taking the time to comment! I hope you found something you liked, and if so, I hope you’ll continue reading!
